A man accused in Christian County of shaking his girlfriend’s baby has been released from custody.
Braxton Williamson was granted pre-trial release on Tuesday. He must wear an ankle monitor.
Christian County State’s Attorney John McWard said the release is to maintain Williamson’s rights to a speedy trial because autopsy results on 15-month-old Ivory Brogdon are still being reviewed.
Police were called to a home in Bulpitt on July 31st and found the injured child. She died several days later.
