A Pawnee man has been charged with possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.
The Illinois Attorney General’s office said a statewide grand jury indicted 24-year-old Cole Crowder on October 9.
He turned himself in on Wednesday.
Attorney general investigators and Pawnee Police said they found the materials during a search of Crowder’s home in the 200 block of Carroll Street. Crowder is in the Sangamon County Jail. His next court date is October 26.
